The ergonomic Pelviluna™ shell is inserted into the vagina to stimulate the muscles of the perineum. Pelviluna™ BIO intimate gel lubricant , formulated and produced in Italy, is a delicate water-based intimate hydrating and lubricating gel with Grapefruit Seed extract, Aloe Vera and Argan Oil from organic farming. It provides effective lubricating and active protection and a long-lasting deodorizing and refreshing action. It has been formulated to reduce the risk of allergies. It leaves no residue, is not greasy and does not stain. It does not have a spermicidal action. It is compatible with silicone and latex and can be used, in addition to facilitating the insertion of the shell, with the menstrual cup and condom. Indicated in the presence of vaginal dryness or insufficient lubrication, often the cause of painful sexual intercourse. Without petrolatum, silicone, parabens, colorants, perfumes, it respects the physiological pH.

How it works

The shell is designed to stimulate and strengthen the muscles of the perineum and is a valid aid for pelvic gymnastics. The shell unscrews to contain the spheres of increasing weight, thus allowing a gradual training.

During the simplest daily movements such as walking, the Pelviluna™ shell triggers involuntary contractions of the perineal muscles, which are “activated” to hold it. The balls of different weights to be inserted inside allow for a personalized exercise based on your muscle tone.

The shell adapts to the body and does not cause discomfort: start the exercise by inserting it into the vagina like a tampon without any weight inside (19 g), leaving the recovery string outside. To make insertion easier and more pleasant, it is useful to help yourself with a little Pelviluna™ intimate lubricant. Once inserted, the shell is positioned on the perineum and is held there by the pelvic muscles.

Continue the daily exercise with the shell only until it is easy to hold it. At this point, insert the lighter ball inside the shell and continue the daily exercises with the new weight. Gradually increase the weight of the balls until reaching the maximum (63 g).

A short (about 10/15 minutes), but regular (every day) use leads to the best results and improvements in about 4 months.

Inserting the shell into the vagina and engaging in daily activities, such as walking, is enough to stimulate and strengthen the muscles of the perineum in a simple way.

Furthermore, if inserted into the vagina before starting, the shell is a valid aid for Kegel exercises, because it allows you to perceive the muscles of the perineum more directly and to understand if they are contracting in the correct way.
