The ergonomic Pelviluna™ shell is inserted into the vagina to stimulate the perineal muscles. It represents an innovation in the field of vaginal balls because, unlike the others, it allows you to gradually keep the pelvic floor healthy through the combination of different weights. It has an ergonomic shape designed to improve adherence to the vaginal walls and to make insertion easier for women. The Pelviluna shell is suitable for prevention, post-partum, incontinence, sexuality. It is made of body-safe, hypoallergenic, bio-tolerable, and easy-care medical grade silicone.

The Pelviluna™ BIO intimate gel lubricant , formulated and produced in Italy, is a delicate water-based hydrating and lubricating intimate gel with Grapefruit Seed extract, Aloe Vera and Argan Oil from organic farming. It allows an effective lubricating action and active protection and a deodorising and refreshing activity prolonged over time. It has been formulated to reduce the risk of allergies. It leaves no residue, is not greasy and does not stain. It does not have a spermicidal action. It is compatible with silicone and latex and can be used, as well as to facilitate the insertion of the shell, with the menstrual cup and the condom. Indicated in the presence of vaginal dryness or insufficient lubrication, often causing painful sexual intercourse. Without petrolatum, silicones, parabens, dyes, perfumes, it respects the physiological PH.

The perineal gymnastics diary is a practical aid that allows you to take note of the exercises performed (in what period, with what weight, for what duration) to be even more aware of your perineal wellness journey. How does it work

The shell is designed to stimulate and strengthen the perineal muscles and is a valid aid for pelvic gymnastics. The shell unscrews to contain the balls of increasing weight inside, thus allowing gradual training.

During the simplest daily movements such as walking, the Pelviluna™ shell triggers involuntary contractions of the perineum muscles, which are "activated" to hold it. The balls of different weights to be inserted inside allow a personalized exercise based on your muscle tone.

The shell adapts to the body and does not cause discomfort: start the exercise by inserting it into the vagina like a tampon without any weight inside (19 g), leaving the recovery cord outside. To make insertion easier and more pleasant, it is useful to use a little Pelviluna™ intimate lubricant. Once inserted, the shell is positioned on the perineum and is held there by the pelvic muscles.

Continue the daily exercise with the shell alone until it is easy to hold it. At this point, insert the lighter ball inside the shell and continue your daily exercises with the new weight. Progressively increase the weight of the balls until you reach the maximum (63 g).

Short (about 10/15 minutes), but regular (every day) use leads to the best results and improvements in about 4 months.

Inserting the shell into the vagina and engaging in daily activities, such as walking, is enough to stimulate and strengthen the perineal muscles in a simple way.

Furthermore, inserted into the vagina before starting, the shell is a valid aid for Kegel exercises, because it allows you to perceive the muscles of the perineum more directly and to understand if it is contracting in the correct way.
