enter your order number and email and click continue. From the portal you can request a return or make a size change. You will be sent the courier's waybill to print and apply to the package.

Once the product has been returned and its conformity has been verified, the refund will be made using the payment method chosen during the order. If the order was paid for by cash on delivery, it is essential to indicate the method (voucher or bank transfer) with which you wish to receive the refund.

In reference to the Consumer Code (art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014), if the products received are not to your liking, you can return them within 14 days of receiving the order and request a refund or an exchange of goods.

From 03/13/2025 The return costs amount to € 5 for Italy and € 12 for EU countries, in case of refund via purchase voucher the return costs are free.

An essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the return of the INTACT products in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING:

• specifically for clothing/footwear/textiles/socks/underwear/toys/natural items the goods must NOT have been used, tampered with, washed. Furthermore, they must be returned with the label attached and the original and intact packaging.

• Natural fabrics of animal origin (wool, silk, cashmere, alpaca) cannot be tumble dried or spin dried.

• We will NOT refund items that are obviously shrunk/damaged due to washing errors.

• In the case of cosmetics/makeup/detergents , for reasons of hygiene and consumer protection, the products MUST NOT have been opened/tested , and must be returned in the original packaging, with any seal intact, and/or a box that shows no signs of having been opened. Non-compliant items will NOT be refunded.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal relating to pillows, duvets, blankets, quilts and futons as a supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery.

The product(s) to be returned must be intact and in normal condition, inserted in the original purchase package with the original packaging including the cellophane covering. For hygienic reasons, the product(s) cannot be returned by the consumer once the cellophane has been opened, otherwise the consumer, or the cellophane has been opened, will not have the right to withdraw, as established by art. 59, first paragraph, letter e) of Legislative Decree no. 21 of 21 February 2014.

The supplement for payment by cash on delivery (3.90 euros) and the supplement for gift wrapping/s are not refundable even in the event of a total return of the order.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code

• the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized.

• the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery.

• digital goods, such as gift cards, coupons, and any other intangible items received via email or download,

• gift wrapping supplement

The consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods” (Art. 57 Consumer Code).
