SALES TERMS
The selling prices of the products displayed and indicated on this website include VAT and any other tax; you can consult the cost of transport on the shipping and delivery page and you can verify it before confirming the purchase.
Online order : You can place an order exclusively online using the order procedure available on this site, you must first click CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT at the top right. The procedure is very simple and is guided through each step. You can then navigate the site and choose which items to put in your cart. In this case, you can choose whether to pay by credit card, PayPal or cash on delivery (with a supplement of €3.90).
Cash on delivery: minimum order required 20.00 euros - maximum 250.00 euros
The product offers on the website www.altramoda.net are intended for adults. If you are under 18, you must first obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian to make purchases on www.altramoda.net. Remember, this always applies, not only to our site, but to any site you visit on the Internet. By placing an order through this website, you assure us that you are of legal age (18 years) and have legal capacity.
In the rare event that your order is missing items, we will ship the available goods and reverse/refund the amount of the NON-delivered items.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. The right of withdrawal is guaranteed by Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, relating to consumer protection in matters of distance contracts. An essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the return of the intact products in their original packaging (the goods must not have been used, tampered with, washed or in the case of cosmetics not even opened/tested). PRIVACY POLICY
The personal data requested during the order process will be used exclusively for the fulfillment of your orders and will not be transferred to third parties under any circumstances or for any reason. Altramoda will never use your telephone number for promotional calls, but only in the event of problems with the shipment or packaging of your package. Your address will be used only for the shipment of the goods you ordered and not for the sending of unsolicited promotional material. NON-CONFORMITY
The products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (equal to two years) pursuant to articles 128 and following of the Consumer Code. Pursuant to art. 132 of the Consumer Code, the seller is responsible when the lack of conformity occurs within two years of delivery of the goods. The consumer loses the rights provided for in the legal guarantee if he does not report the lack of conformity to the seller within two months of the date on which he discovered the defect.
The guarantee applies only to "defects that do not arise from normal use of the item" and "taking into account the time of previous use". The guarantee does not apply if the item is fully compliant at the time of delivery, i.e. if the defect complained of by the consumer occurred after delivery, during use.
CONTROVERSIES
For any dispute arising from or relating to this contract, Italian jurisdiction applies and as regards the competent Court in the event of disputes in relations with consumers, pursuant to art. 66-bis Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), territorial jurisdiction is unconditionally attributed to the Court of residence (or domicile) of the Consumer. For all matters not expressly provided for herein, the provisions of law in force in the Italian legal system apply and in particular, for consumers, the provisions of Section II, Chapter I, Title III of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 and subsequent amendments (Consumer Code).
