Long Nordic sock in hazelnut melange wool and alpaca

Long and heavy sock for very cold weather, of good thickness, for women and men, made of 65% undyed natural wool and 35% alpaca wool.

The wool in these socks is natural because it does not undergo chemical treatments during manufacturing.

The absence of synthetic fibers in the composition of the sock makes it particularly valuable but also delicate. It is recommended to be used at home and for office work. It is not a resistant sock for mobile work and walking. It is not suitable for walking barefoot. It's a sock like it used to be... and like it used to, it should be mended in case it starts to get holes, the choice is yours.

Wool is a protein fiber and is similar to the composition of human skin. Natural wool has a high capacity to retain heat, regulates skin transpiration and reoxygenation. Natural wool acts as a wetness regulator, meaning it can absorb a quantity of humidity equal to up to a third of its own weight and, depending on external conditions, return it to the environment. Furthermore, natural wool is dirt repellent and regenerates in the air.
