Bergamot essential oil

Bergamot essential oil Biopark It comes from Italy and is obtained by cold pressing unripe fruit. It has a yellow-greenish color and a sweet and fruity lemon smell , with floral notes. In aromatherapy it is used for depression, stress and tension, fear, as well as loss of appetite, psoriasis and eczema.

Easily mixes with: black pepper, sage, cypress, incense, geranium, jasmine, mandarin, nutmeg, orange, rosemary, sandalwood, vetiver, ylang ylang.

Ingredients: Citrus Bergamia

For eczema or psoriasis: dilute 10 drops in 30 ml of jojoba or sweet almond oil and massage the affected areas

For hair: thanks to its degreasing action it is suitable for greasy hair and adding 10 drops to a neutral shampoo helps to have voluminous but not heavy hair.

To combat stress : dilute 8 drops in 30-40 ml of jojoba or sweet almond oil and gently massage the temples with circular movements.

In aromatherapy : Bergamot essential oil has an antidepressant and relaxing power, effective in combating states of anxiety, fear, stress and nervousness and inducing sleep. It gives well-being, optimism and serenity.
