USE:

Apply to bare eyelid, without eye shadow or powder. Open the eyelid with the pencil lead then work the product preferably with the finger or with the brush.

For more intensity and texture, apply with clean fingertips, then spread with a finger or brush.

Last tip: apply a powder eyeshadow afterwards to accentuate the effect and intensify the colour.

A white veil appears on the lead of my pencil, is this normal?
Yes! This is a crystallization phenomenon often observed on organic and natural formulas. This small aesthetic defect is irrelevant. If that white haze bothers you, just sharpen your pencil.
