USE:

Apply to bare eyelid, without eyeshadow or powder. Open the eyelid with the pencil lead and then work the product preferably with your finger or brush.

For greater intensity and material, apply with clean fingertips, then stretch with a finger or brush.

Last tip: apply a powder eyeshadow afterwards to accentuate the effect and intensify the colour.

A white veil appears on the lead of my pencil, is this normal?
Yes ! This is a crystallization phenomenon often observed on organic and natural formulas. This small cosmetic flaw is irrelevant. If that white haze bothers you, just sharpen your pencil.
