Thyme has antibacterial , antifungal and healing properties. It helps calm irritated skin , reduces inflammation and is a valid aid against acne . Thyme hydrosol is obtained from the distillation of the leaves and preserves all the precious characteristics of the plant.

The thyme used to produce this hydrosol is grown in the province of Teramo, in a small farm where the flowers and leaves are harvested manually when the plant contains the best of its properties.

Properties : Antibacterial, antifungal and healing.

Origin : Steam distillation.

INCI : Thymus Vulgaris Leaf Water, Benzyl Alcohol, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate

Uses of organic thyme hydrolate

It can be used pure, sprayed on the face as a toner after cleansing, then the usual cream can be applied directly to damp skin. It can be incorporated in the aqueous phase in the preparation of creams for sensitive skin, soothing after-sun creams, aftershave lotions, delicate biphasic make-up removers.
