Description

Thyme has antibacterial , antifungal and healing properties. It helps calm skin irritations , reduces inflammation and is a valid aid against acne . Thyme hydrolate is obtained by distilling the leaves and retains all the precious characteristics of the plant.

The thyme used to produce this hydrolate is grown in the province of Teramo, on a small farm where the flowers and leaves are harvested manually when the plant contains the best of its properties.

Uses of Organic Thyme Hydrolate

It can be used pure, sprayed on the face as a tonic after cleansing, then the usual cream can be applied directly on damp skin. It can be incorporated in the aqueous phase in the preparation of creams for sensitive skin, soothing after-sun creams, after-shave lotions, delicate biphasic make-up removers.
