Grand Step Shoes works with shoe factories in Europe and Vietnam. The vegetable tanned leather collection is produced in Spain by a highly specialized family business where the production is still done by hand and where the leather comes from local tanneries without having to source it from Asia or other countries.
The hemp collection is instead made in a company in Vietnam with which the company has a long-standing relationship and with which it has undertaken a path of sustainable and fair production together that they continue to constantly develop. In 2017, the factory is in the process of verification of the Fair Wear Foundation.
