Bergamot essential oil

Biopark Bergamot essential oil comes from Italy and is obtained by cold pressing unripe fruit. It has a yellow-greenish color and a sweet and fruity lemon smell, with floral notes. In aromatherapy it is used for depression, stress and tension, fear, as well as loss of appetite, psoriasis and eczema.

Easily mixes with: black pepper, sage, cypress, frankincense, geranium, jasmine, mandarin, nutmeg, orange, rosemary, sandalwood, vetiver, ylang ylang.

For eczema or psoriasis: dilute 10 drops in 30 ml of jojoba or sweet almond oil and massage the affected areas

For hair: thanks to its degreasing action it is suitable for greasy hair and adding 10 drops to a neutral shampoo helps to have voluminous but not heavy hair.

To combat stress : dilute 8 drops in 30-40 ml of jojoba or sweet almond oil and gently massage the temples with circular movements.

In aromatherapy : Bergamot essential oil has an antidepressant and relaxing power, effective in combating states of anxiety, fear, stress and nervousness and inducing sleep. It gives well-being, optimism and serenity.
