Uses of Basil essential oil

To improve digestion and for aerophagia: combine 4 drops of basil essential oil with 2 tablespoons of almond or wheat germ oil and massage the stomach and abdomen until completely absorbed.

For phlegm and cough : make a summifuge by diluting 8 drops of basil essential oil in a basin of very hot water.

In aromatherapy : its solar aroma is an elixir against depressive and stress states, it acts by eliminating anger and frustration, restoring mental clarity and confidence.
