Sticky eye primer Glue for powder makeup

The primer designed specifically for powder makeup: it enhances the yield and adhesion of pigments, making them very vibrant!

APPLICATION
Spread a thin layer of product on the eyelid and then apply your powder eyeshadow, tapping it delicately to incorporate the pigments into the layer of Sticky Glue until you obtain a full, intense color that is dry to the touch. If necessary, blend the outer edges with a soft brush.
You can also take a small amount of product on a palette and mix it directly with the pigments to obtain a cream eyeshadow.
Sticky Glue can be used with both a brush and your fingers.

- Always apply very little (!) and blend it well.
- Always pick up powder colors with a dry brush to best preserve them.
- Sticky Colla also works over other base products such as foundation and concealer, the important thing for optimal hold is to always apply them before Sticky Colla and never after.
- Sticky Colla can also be used on the lips, alone or combined with lipsafe pigments, to create scenic effects.
