Nutmeg essential oil

Nutmeg essential oil Biopark It comes from India and is suitable as a room fragrance to be inserted in radiators or in diffusers or nebulizers.

It is obtained by steam distillation of nutmeg seeds. The oil is clear and has a rich, spicy-sweet, woody scent. Applied to painful areas, it helps relieve rheumatic pain and can be used as first aid for toothache. This nutmeg oil also helps fight weakness, fatigue and stress. It is very tonic and stimulating, activates the mind and promotes peaceful sleep. Used as a massage oil, diluted in 25 ml of almond oil helps heal minor sports injuries and strengthen the muscle after physical activity.

Easily mixable with: black pepper, cypress, geranium, sage, rosemary, orange.

Biopark essential oils can be used to perfume rooms by inserting them into nebulizers, diffusers and radiators but also to perfume drawers and wardrobes.
