Eucalyptus essential oil

Eucalyptus Biopark essential oil comes from India and is obtained by steam distillation of wood. It has a very light color and a strong delicate woody herbal scent. It is very useful in winter for its positive effects on the respiratory system and in case of colds, muscle and joint pain. It also solves small skin problems such as sunburn, blisters, insect bites or inflamed skin. During the summer it can be used in the diffuser as a mosquito repellent or mixed with an oil/butter as a soothing after-bite.

Easily mixes with: pine, thyme, lavender, rosemary, marjoram, cedarwood, lemon.

For massages: dilute 3 drops of Eucalyptus essential oil in almond or jojoba oil and massage the chest to improve breathing, the legs to have a relaxing and refreshing effect and on the forehead in case of sunsitis and headaches.

In aromatherapy : Eucalyptus essential oil has an air purifying action, preventing the spread of flu viruses. It is also effective in cases of colds, headaches and for expelling phlegm.
