Take action with Aromatherapy practice
Massage 2/3 drops of essential oil on the palms of your hands. Bring your hands behind your neck and massage the synergy until absorbed. Then rotate your head in a circular direction: first clockwise and then counterclockwise. Bring your hands to your face, breathe slowly and listen to the energy arise.

- Aromatherapy massage : add a few drops of synergy to a cream and massage the affected area of the body until completely absorbed (10 drops in 100 ml)
