CARE INSTRUCTIONS: LEELA COTTON garments are machine washable. We recommend using detergent without optical brighteners (neutral detergent or biological detergent) and washing at temperatures of 40° Celsius (only for chenille and velvet items: 30°C, towels, bathrobes and underwear: 60°C) .

All fabrics have been pre-washed in an eco-friendly manner and artificially pre-shrunk with hot steam (sanforization); however, further shrinkage is possible during washing (between 2-6%). Natural fabrics need to be stretched out and reshaped by hand after washing and shaped into their original shape. Organic cotton requires a little more care than conventional and synthetic fabrics, but you'll be wearing fabric that's good for your skin and health and balances body temperature and humidity.

MANUFACTURER INFO: LEELA COTTON has been designing and selling organic cotton fabrics for adults and children since 1994 . They are a company based in Bremen, Germany, with their manufacturing facility in Izmir, Turkey. Their cotton is grown and produced in Türkiye. The entire process from cotton cultivation and processing to the final product is verified by Control Union Certifications (CUC), an independent and internationally approved organization. According to the "Global Organic Textile Standards" (GOTS), the CUC certificate guarantees our production location in Izmir, Turkey to meet the following criteria:
