HOW TO USE IT

The Kapok-filled Zafu Zazen was originally the cushion used in Japan for meditation.

To carry out a fruitful meditation, correct posture is necessary. First of all you need a good Zafu Zazen cushion padded with Kapok fiber that is suitable for keeping the body raised at least 13 centimeters from the ground. These cushions are well padded, not deflated, created with kapok derived from cotton wool. They are rigid enough to support the weight of the body so as to easily maintain the position during meditation. They also have excellent resilience given by the padding and the well-stretched fabric. Each pillow has a cotton sleeve that makes it easier to hold and transport.

HOW IT LOOKS LIKE

It is a double-sided pillow with a side zip and a sleeve for easy transport. The zip allows you to see the contents, but it is not recommended to remove it and empty the cushion.
