Castor Oil - Officina Naturae

Castor oil with softening and anti-inflammatory properties obtained by cold extraction from the seeds.

Of very ancient use, Castor Oil is currently used as an emollient in case of dry and chapped skin , as a softener for corns and calluses , as a strengthener for hair, eyelashes and nails and, with a warm application, to relieve the pain of back, menstrual and mastitis.

Generally used mixed together with other fatty oils.

Officina Naturae was born from the experience of a Solidarity Purchasing Group from Rimini with the aim of producing ecological, eco-sustainable cosmetics and detergents, safe for humans and the environment and with a non-polluting and ethical process. With these assumptions, cosmetics and detergents were created with simple, effective formulations, with organic, fair trade and 0 km ingredients and with packaging with an increasingly eco-friendly design and composition.
