Sherpa fabric is made from 100% unbleached organic cotton. When cotton is harvested, small pieces of leaves or bark become attached to the cotton and are normally removed through treatments, dyeing and bleaching the fabric. Because you want to keep the cotton as natural as possible and not treat it with harmful chemicals that are not gentle on your baby's skin and are polluting to the environment, you may notice small specks in the fabric that are characteristic of cotton in its natural form . These specs can be easily removed with a fine comb or simply with your fingers.

Washing instructions:

• Machine wash at 30 unless really dirty!
• Use an eco-friendly stain remover to remove annoying marks before washing, if necessary
• Tumble dry on cold (or air dry)
• Wash with like colors
• Iron on the back to protect prints and appliques
