Tips for use: Unscrew the bottom part of the brush and ask an adult to gently pour in the shimmer powder from the refill. Screw the bottom part of the brush back on very well. Remove the cap and slide down the cylinder that protects the bristles. To start using the brush, gently shake it with the bristles down and brush the brush across the palm of your hand to help the glitter powder go down.
