Mater-Bi - glasses, cutlery and toys in biodegradable bioplastic

Mater-Bi® is a biodegradable and compostable bioplastic according to the European standard UNI EN 13432 that is obtained from plant sources such as corn, beetroot, switchgrass. Given its characteristics and its provenance from renewable sources, Mater-Bi® allows to reduce the environmental impact, to optimize the management of organic waste and to contribute to the development of a circular economy.

Visually it is completely similar to traditional plastic, but its chemical composition and eco-sustainability characteristics change.

Mater-Bi® products find wide application in many sectors. Waste bags, shopping bags, packaging, compostable tableware, children's toys and agricultural products.
