The essential oils are extracted with extreme care, selecting the land and crops with the most suitable environmental conditions for the peak of the balsamic period. The extraction is carried out in small batches with a spagyric method , in some cases also using a distiller that can be transported to the collection site, in order to extract the maximum essence from the collected plants.
