Biopark lavender essential oil It comes from India and is obtained by steam distillation of lavender flowers. It has a straw yellow color with a light green tint and a sweet, calming scent. Lavender oil is considered analgesic, antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory and anti-rheumatic. Lavender oil also has a good diuretic effect and is considered one of the most versatile herbs in herbal medicine. Lavender essential oil is widely used, especially in cosmetic products to relieve burns and minor wounds, but also for the prevention of infections and scars. The typical smell of lavender and its tonic and sedative action have a calming and relaxing effect on the body, useful in case of insomnia or stress. During the summer it can be used in the diffuser as a mosquito repellent or mixed with an oil/butter as a soothing after-bite.

Uses of Lavender essential oil
Against muscle pain: take a bath in the dark for about twenty minutes, adding 12 drops of Juniper essential oil to obtain a relaxing effect on the muscles and fight muscle pain and rheumatism.
In aromatherapy : spread in the environment it is effective for combating stress, nervous tension, insomnia and headaches.
