Take a maximum of 3 drops 3 times a day by adding a sugar or a teaspoon of honey or food-grade vegetable oil. For a maximum daily dose (9 drops): 0.27 ml of essential oil.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

It does not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Use for a short period (no more than 14 consecutive days).

Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women and children under 6 years of age.
