Leela Cotton, a German company, produces underwear and socks of the ALBERO NATUR brand, made of GOTS certified organic cotton in Turkey (Istanbul and Izmir). The production follows sustainable guidelines, with independent control by Control Union Certifications (CUC), guaranteeing sustainability and transparency. The cotton is grown without pesticides, with natural fertilizers and manual harvesting, preserving the ecosystem. No chemical additives are used, while dyes and prints use ecological processes. The accessories are natural, and the zippers are nickel-free. The manufacturing respects ethical standards: no child labor, fair wages, and safe working conditions according to European standards. Local production reduces the environmental impact, avoiding unnecessary transportation.
