Mountain pine essential oil has expectorant and anti-inflammatory properties , soothes respiratory tract diseases . Used together with a massage oil it is able to relieve muscle pain and contractures .
HOW TO USE - The essential oil has multiple uses. It can be used as an air freshener by placing a few drops in an essence burner or in the humidifier of the radiator. For a relaxing hot bath , add a dozen drops to the bath. A few drops can be added to an oil, a base cream, a shampoo or shower gel, to be used on the skin and hair.
