On the lips:
Apply it like a normal lip balm.
Extend slightly beyond the perimeter of the lips for a diffused volume effect.

On the cheeks:
Apply it to the cheekbones and, when it begins to change color, blend it gently outwards for a natural blush effect.
If you prefer a super matte look you can dab it with a loose powder, if you are looking for a more sophisticated look add a veil of highlighter instead.
