The 6 ingredients that wash and take care of your hair :
- The surfactant (sodium cocoyl isethionate) cleanses the hair without attacking the scalp. It is of plant origin but its manufacturing process involves a chemical synthesis phase, so it cannot be labeled as organic. It is our choice to avoid sulfate surfactants that are harsh on hair and the environment, as well as surfactants that are deceptive in their cleansing powers.
- The secondary surfactant (coco-glucoside) increases the foam provided by sodium cocoyl isethionate.
- Indigo persicaire extract (polygonum tinctorium leaf extract*) is a vegetable and local dye to obtain a blue shampoo!
- Castor oil (ricinus communis seed oil*): ricinoleic acid (85 to 92%) promotes hair growth thanks to a lipid compound called prostaglandin.
- Wheat germ oil (triticum vulgare germ oil*) is rich in vitamins A, D, K and E. Strengthens hair. Thanks to its richness in linoleic and oleic acid, it contributes to the good nutrition of the hair and linolenic acid provides elasticity.
- Feverfew oily macerate (chamomile recutita flower extract, helianthus annuus* seed oil) helps prevent the yellowing of gray hair.
- Palmitic acid, stearic acid: fatty acids from olive oil which allow you to formulate a solid shampoo, giving hold and durability to the product.
- Vitamin E (tocopherol, helianthus anuus seed oil) is a plant-based antioxidant that helps prevent vegetable oils from going rancid. It is contained in sunflower seed oil. It may seem like an anecdotal ingredient to you, but it plays an important role in the shelf life of the product.
- Thyme linalool essential oil (Thymus vulgaris flower/leaf oil*) is the gentlest thyme essential oil. It is antibacterial and stimulating.
- Lavender coarse essential oil (lavandula hybrida* oil) has calming and relaxing properties as well as healing properties.
- Red mandarin essential oil (citrus reticulata peel oil*) is perfect for combating stress and anxiety.
