Description
Description
Bottle made of high quality, leak-proof pure copper. Drinking water from a copper container is an Ayurvedic tradition. As widely recommended in Ayurveda, drinking water stored in copper containers has numerous health and ecology benefits.
950ml capacity (non-insulated, non-thermal)
Copper has always been known as the sun-kissed metal. It has countless benefits for our lives and makes a notable contribution to sustainable development.
Copper bottles are useful in purifying water. This decontamination process occurs by storing water,
preferably at night or at least for four/six hours. Unlike some nutrients, our bodies cannot synthesize copper, so we must obtain it from food sources. Among these, water. Drinking 2-3 glasses of water that has been stored in a copper vessel is an easy way to provide our body with sufficient copper.
Copper bottles are a valid alternative to plastic ones and, if well managed, will last forever.
TIPS FOR USE
• Fill the bottle with water, screw on the cap and leave overnight or for at least 4/6 hours at room temperature. Drink it during the day.
• Do not refrigerate water and avoid drinking excess water. Just 3 glasses of this water are enough to get numerous health benefits.
Fill it using only plain or filtered water.
Do not fill it with smoothies, infusions or other drinks.
Drink a glass of water first thing in the morning and the rest throughout the day.
According to Ayurveda, when you drink water stored in a copper container, it has the ability to balance the three doshas Vata, Pitta and Kapha and also has many benefits for your health, including:
Improves digestion
Helps lose weight
Slows down aging
Helps circulatory health and controls hypertension
Maintains hemoglobin level
Regulates the functioning of the thyroid
Stimulates the cognitive system
Relieves joint disorders
Improves skin health
MAINTENANCE TIPS
• Over time, copper oxidizes and it is therefore necessary to clean it from time to time. As a cleanser you can use lime or lemon juice, or a small piece of tamarind. The acidic properties of the fruit will restore the copper to its original shine.
• Do not use abrasive sponges to wash the inside of the bottle, they could scrape off the copper.
• Avoid using soaps or chemical detergents inside the bottle.
Precautions
Remember that as a therapy you should not drink water from this copper bottle all year round. Once you start using the bottle you can continue this practice for 3 months and then take a break for 1 month. After the break, you can continue to drink water for the next 3 months. This gives your body time to remove excess copper deposited on it.
