HOW TO USE

The Zafu Zazen was originally the cushion used in Japan for meditation.

To perform a fruitful meditation, a correct posture is necessary. First of all, you need a good padded Zafu Zazen cushion, which is suitable for keeping the body raised at least 13 centimeters from the ground. These cushions are well padded, not deflated, created with organic buckwheat hulls. They are rigid enough to support the weight of the body so as to maintain the position obediently during meditation. They also have excellent resilience given by the padding and the well-stretched fabric. Each cushion has a cotton sleeve that makes it easy to grip and carry.

HOW IT LOOKS

It is a double-sided cushion with a side zip and a sleeve for easy transport. The zip allows you to see the contents, but it is not recommended to remove the cover and empty the cushion. Buckwheat hulls are a fresh and breathable material. Buckwheat husks are finely dusted; organically grown. The characteristic of this cushion is that it can be modeled in all desired shapes, like when on the beach you use sand as a support.
