Olive Oil, on the other hand, has an emollient, anti-inflammatory and hydrating action. It is therefore recommended in case of dry or sensitive skin, irritative and allergic dermatitis. It is rich in beneficial substances such as vitamin A, vitamin E, squalene, unsaturated fatty acids, triterpene acids and alcohols and beta-carotene.
