How to use:

  • For foods : one drop is sufficient to flavor 100 g/100 ml of food/drink.
  • For cosmetics : 15-20 drops in 50 ml of vegetable oil, cream, neutral shampoo and shower gel. You can also use it for toothpastes, deodorants, DIY ointments.
  • For rooms : 10 drops in an aroma lamp and vaporizer, to aromatize a room.
Internal use , Sage essential oil facilitates the digestive function and the elimination of intestinal gas, useful for counteracting menopausal disorders and physical and mental tiredness, for the regularity of the sweating process and the well-being of the nose and throat.
