This restorative plant powder is obtained from the dried leaves of the Bhringaraj plant, a species belonging to the Asteraceae family. It is an Ayurvedic medicinal plant, native to India and its name means "King of hair". It has the power to stimulate hair growth, awakening inactive hair follicles and prolonging their phase of activity and growth.
It is a vegan cosmetic product recommended for hair loss and premature graying. In addition, it provides softness and makes the hair easy to comb, acting as a natural conditioner. In India, it has always been used as a restructuring and for the general health of the hair as well as for covering gray hair.
We recommend using it on dark hair as it is widely used to cover black hair that has become gray. The longer the exposure time, the more visible the color effect will be.
Bhringaraj powder can be safely used in combination with Amla, Brahmi, Shikakai, Tulsi or Neem. Regular applications will provide better and healthier hair growth.
How to use: It is recommended to protect clothing and wear gloves, because the powder has a strong color!
Hair Mask: Mix Bhringaraj powder with warm water to form a paste and apply it on your hair. Massage your scalp in circular motions so that the paste spreads from the roots to the tips. Leave it on for about 15 minutes, rinse, wash with shampoo and rinse again.
Hair Oil: Boil Bhringaraj powder with coconut oil, then filter and cool. Apply on hair, the oil obtained will give shine, health and strength to hair.
Warning: Not suitable for blonde or bleached hair as the product has coloring properties with rather dark shades. If you want to darken light hair, it is useful to do a test on a hidden lock beforehand.
CAUTION: DO NOT USE metal utensils, such as bowls and spoons, when making clays or powdered plant mixes, as metal reacts with the mixture and changes the chemical composition. Wooden or ceramic bowls and spoons are recommended.
