Citric Acid 500g

Thanks to Citric Acid, you can replace various household cleaning products with a strictly ecological product, cheaper and relatively less dangerous than traditional bathroom products. The 15% citric acid solution is effective against limescale, without the unpleasant and pungent odor that conventional bathroom descaling or anti-limescale products have. It will be easier to wash and descale surfaces without having to breathe unpleasant vapors. It is a weak acid that must be handled with due precautions, avoiding contact with eyes and mucous membranes.

Citric acid powder that allows you to easily prepare 4 products for cleaning the house:

• Limescale remover for bathroom and chrome parts
• Fabric softener for washing machine
• Descaler for washing machine
• Dishwasher rinse aid

How to use the product: Preparation of 15% solution: dissolve 150 g of Citric Acid in 1 litre of water. In the presence of a light sediment, leave to settle or filter. Limescale remover: apply the solution to eliminate limescale deposits (bathroom, shower cubicle, taps, kitchen). Leave to act for a few minutes and rinse. In the washing machine as a descaler: every month pour 150 g of Citric Acid directly into the empty drum and start a high temperature programme (at least 50 degrees) without pre-wash. In the washing machine as a fabric softener: pour 100 ml of the solution into the fabric softener tray. In the dishwasher as a rinse aid: fill the rinse aid tray with the 15% solution and set the indicator to maximum. Descaler: the solution can be used to remove limescale deposits from coffee machines, irons, jugs, kettles, etc.

Caution: Causes serious eye irritation. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. Keep out of reach of children. In case of eye contact: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists, seek medical advice.
