Multipurpose vegan product that allows two different uses:

  • Eyeshadow Primer Base. Apply with your finger on the entire eyelid before makeup to improve the performance and duration of your makeup. Just one drop is enough for both eyes.
  • Mixing Medium. Mix the pigments with a drop of product to obtain wonderful personalized creamy eyeliners or eyeshadows. It can also be applied to the lashes to create new and spectacular mascaras.
