100% mineral loose powder foundation with a High Coverage formulation with high coverage, very light shade with neutral undertone. Fair Neutral is the lightest foundation shade ever. Ideal for natural blondes who never tan, lovers of the gothic look, and very pale women with alabaster complexions. Application:
- in powder, pour a small amount of mineral powder into the lid of the container and rotate the brush (kabuki or flatbuki) inside it until it has absorbed all the powder. Apply the product to the face with circular movements, insisting on the areas that need more coverage.
- liquid , after having taken the powder with the brush, spray it with Fixing Mist or water just before applying the product on the face.
