1) Apply Avril Nude hardening nail polish regularly. You will have a care product and a natural complexion together.
2) Nourish your nails and cuticles every evening with organic castor oil.
3) If your nails are brittle or split, long nails are not for you! Cut them short with nail clippers and finish with a few strokes of the file (always in one direction only to avoid damaging the nail)
